 ervices will be conducting a short course on Monday morning 
 December 10\, 2018 at AGU. It will run from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM 
 at the Renaissance Washington DC Downtown Hotel near the Wal
 ter E. Washington Convention Center. Morning coffee and mid-
 morning snack will be provided but please plan on having bre
 akfast before attending the short course.\n\nThe discussion wi
 ll be informal but we will demonstrate and discuss a variety
  of topics including:\n\n	Seamless access to repositories at t
 he DMC\n	Federated access to globally distributed data center
 s\n	DMC Federation of ph5 and seed archives\n	International Fe
 deration of Data Centers\n	ROVER - hardening data delivery by
  the internet\n	MUSTANG - quality assurance of IRIS data\n	Res
 earch Ready Data Sets (RRDS)\n	Putting the MUSTANG metrics to
  work\n	New products at the IRIS DMC\n	Work on next generation
  data format\n	xSEED\n	time series identifiers\n	tool modificat
 ions and what it means to you\n	Questions and answers\n\nShort 
 course registration form\n\nFor those who cannot attend in pe
 rson a GoToMeeting webinar as been arranged.  GoToMeeting l
 ink and call in information\n\nThe maximum number of participa
 nts is capped at 25 and applications will be accepted on a f
 irst come basis. Participants are strongly encouraged to bri
 ng their own computers in order to do exercises. To get the 
 most out of the experience computers should be able to conne
 ct to the Internet (through the provided Wi-Fi).\n\n
