Action Items

• Committee approves previous minutes
• Fowler will revise the range of instrument, data, and staff policies into a single set of documents.  The PI signature page should include a summarized list of primary policy points
• PIC will propose a plan to develop instrument use metrics and should present the plan at the next PASSCAL standing committee meeting.
• PIC should develop a plan for growth in staffing levels
• PASC will recommend to the IRIS BoD that a Seismic Source Committee should be assembled to investigate PASSCAL's potential role in seismic sources
• PASC approves budget for submission to COCOM
